Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00
Check-out is until 10:00.

If you would like to check out late, please contact us. (A fee will be charged.)
When reserving multiple rooms, can the rooms be close to each other?
Rooms with "view bath" in the name are on the 16th floor, and rooms without this in the name are on the 15th floor.
Depending on the room combination, the rooms may be on separate floors.
Can minors stay alone?
Our hotel accepts minors who are high school students or older.
If a minor (aged 16 to 18) or multiple minors are staying at the hotel, we ask that a parent or guardian submit a consent form. A consent form is required for all guests.
Please download the "Consent Form for Minors' Accommodation" below. Please have your legal guardian fill it out and bring it to the front desk when you check in on the day of your stay along with a form of identification that can verify your identity, such as a student ID or driver's license.

Rooms

Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms on both the 15th and 16th floors are non-smoking.
Can I bring it in?
We apologize, but please refrain from bringing in outside drinks or food.
Any items purchased from the vending machines or shops in the hotel may be consumed in your room without any problem.

Meals

I have allergies, can I still enjoy the food?
We have a list of the seven major allergens available at dining areas and restaurant venues. (eggs, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, milk, shrimp, crab)
*Since cooking and washing of utensils and dishes are all carried out in the same kitchen, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens other than those listed may be mixed in during the cooking process.
Therefore, please note that even if it is not displayed, it does not guarantee that it is completely free of use.
We need to confirm the details of your allergies, so please contact us.

Facilities

Is there internet access and PC rental?
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. We do not provide rental PCs.
Do you have humidifiers and air purifiers available for rental?
Our hotel offers rental of humidifiers and air purifiers.
If you would like to do so, please contact the hotel.

Payment

What credit cards can I use to make payments?
We accept VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, and UnionPay. For other cards, please contact the hotel.
What types of electronic money and QR code payments can I use?
Electronic money accepted: Rakuten Edy, Quic Pay, iD, WAON, nanaco, and IC Transit Cards (Suica, PASMO, ICOCA, etc.).
QR code payments can be made using Rakuten Pay, PayPay, d Payment, au PAY, Ginko Pay, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and Merpay.

Others

Is there parking available?
There is an area in the underground parking lot reserved for guests staying EXECUTIVE SUITE SUIREI.
Please park in an available space. (If there is an attendant, they will guide you.)
Please note that we do not accept reservations for parking spaces. If you have any special circumstances, please contact the hotel.
Are there facilities for children?

Please note that our hotel does not provide bed guards.

・About the chairs in the dining area and restaurant venue
We have chairs for children available in both the dining area and restaurant venue.
The restaurant has small chairs without seat belts.

・Children's products
Disposable diapers, cooling sheets, and baby wipes are available for purchase at our hotel shop.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
It is possible to send your luggage in advance.
In that case, please be sure to write the "date of stay" and "reservation name" in the remarks section of the shipping slip.
(Please be sure to fill in the date of stay and reservation name, as we will not be able to identify which guest's luggage belongs to without these details.)
