The Jozankei area is blessed with abundant nature and is one of the best places in Japan to see autumn leaves. The trees start to change color in late September and reach their peak in October. You can enjoy the vibrant autumn leaves just by strolling through the hot spring town.
Jozankei is by far the area with the most snowfall in Hokkaido. We will introduce recommended winter spots around the hotel that you can enjoy, from scenic spots that can only be seen in snow, to winter activities, foot baths, and hand baths.
