Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00
Check-out is until 10:00.

If you would like to check out late, please contact us. (A fee will be charged.)
When reserving multiple rooms, can the rooms be close to each other?
If you are booking multiple rooms of the same type, we can accommodate you in close proximity.
However, depending on the room combination, you may be assigned to rooms far apart.
Can minors stay alone?
Our hotel accepts minors who are high school students or older.
If a minor (aged 16 to 18) or multiple minors are staying at the hotel, we ask that a parent or guardian submit a consent form. A consent form is required for all guests.
Please download the "Consent Form for Minors' Accommodation" below. Please have your legal guardian fill it out and bring it to the front desk when you check in on the day of your stay along with a form of identification that can verify your identity, such as a student ID or driver's license.

Rooms

Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms in both the main building and the new building are non-smoking.
Can I bring it in?
We apologize, but please refrain from bringing in drinks or food.
Anything purchased from the vending machines or shops in the hotel may be consumed in your room without any problem.

Meals

I have allergies, can I still enjoy the food?
A list of the seven major allergens is available at the buffet restaurant. (Eggs, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, milk, shrimp, crab)
*Since cooking and washing of utensils and dishes are all carried out in the same kitchen, there is a possibility that trace amounts of allergens other than those listed may be mixed in during the cooking process.
Therefore, please note that even if it is not displayed, it does not guarantee that it is completely free of use.
We need to confirm the details of your allergies, so please contact us.

You can use them. Please bring your own towels or rent them for a fee.

*Only the large public bath cannot be used on weekends and holidays.
Can I use the baths before check-in or after check-out?
Available for a fee.
A separate day use reservation is required before 2:00 PM on the check-in date and after 10:00 AM on the check-out date.

On the day of check-in, you will be guided to your room after 2:00 PM.
Please note that if you use the facility before 2:00 PM, you will need to bring your own towels or rent them for a fee.

Is there internet access and PC rental?
Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. We do not provide rental PCs.
Do you have humidifiers and air purifiers available for rental?
Our hotel offers rental of humidifiers and air purifiers.
If you would like to do so, please contact the hotel.
*Please note that quantities are limited.
Do you have swimsuits, swim rings, etc. available for rental?
・Swimsuit rental
Swimsuits are available for rental for 1,000 yen each.
Women's sizes 7-19 (one-piece type) Men's sizes M-4L
For girls 100cm to 160cm For boys 100cm to 160cm
*Large sizes are available in limited quantities.
We also sell disposable diapers for playing in water for young children who are too big for swimsuits.
170 yen per piece, 510 yen for 3 pieces/M and L sizes/pink and blue.

・Rental swim rings
We do not have standard donut-shaped swim rings available for rental. You will need to purchase one or bring your own.
*Tube-type swim rings for use in designated facilities such as Splash River are available for rental for 500 yen for 30 minutes.
Please come to the rental corner on the basement floor of the main building.

Payment

What credit cards can I use to make payments?
We accept VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, and UnionPay. For other cards, please contact the hotel.
What types of electronic money and QR code payments can I use?
Electronic money accepted: Rakuten Edy, Quic Pay, iD, WAON, nanaco, and IC Transit Cards (Suica, PASMO, ICOCA, etc.).
QR code payments can be made using Rakuten Pay, PayPay, d Payment, au PAY, Ginko Pay, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and Merpay.

Others

Is there parking available?
Parking is available free of charge. Please park in any available space.
(If there is an attendant present, they will guide you there.) Please note that we do not accept reservations for parking. If you have any special circumstances, please contact the hotel.
Are there facilities for children?
・About bed guard
Our hotel does not provide bed guards.
In both the main and new Western-style rooms, the beds cannot be moved, so there are inevitably gaps.
If you are unsure, please make a reservation for a Japanese-style room.

・Restaurant venue and dining area chairs
We have chairs for children available in both the restaurant and dining areas.
The restaurant has small chairs without seat belts.
*Please note that numbers are limited.

・Children's products
Disposable diapers, cooling sheets, and baby wipes are available for sale at our hotel shop.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
It is possible to send your luggage to the hotel in advance.
When doing so, please be sure to write “Check-in Date” and “Name on Reservation” in the Remarks section of the shipping label.
(Without these details, we may not be able to identify which guest the luggage belongs to, so please make sure to include them.)
