For those coming by free bus

Sapporo Station North Exit Meeting Point

*The number of buses and seats is limited. At the time of contacting us, the bus may be full and we may not be able to secure a seat for you. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be able to secure a seat.
*Shuttle buses require advance reservations. Please make your reservation by phone.
*If you are going to the hotel, please arrive at the north exit of Sapporo Station by 13:45.
*We will assign seats in advance. If you would like to sit in the front row for physical reasons, please let us know in advance.
*For the return trip to Sapporo, the bus departs from the local Jozankei View Hotel at 10:00.
*If you are likely to be late or if the bus is cancelled, please contact us immediately.
*Please note that if you bring pets such as dogs, you will not be able to use the facility, regardless of size.
*Due to other passengers' circumstances, we may not be able to wait and the bus may depart on time.
Please note that in this case you will need to use public transport at your own expense.
*We do not generally accept reservations for groups (11 or more people). Depending on the number of people, we may ask you to use a chartered bus for an additional fee.
